Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

For some reason, our form results are being blocked by Spamhaus. Client never receives the email but instead, we get an email with the following error:
“A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:[email protected]
