Mail Delivery Failure

  • Hello,

    After sending the newsletter I’ve checked the Statistics in Knews menu. All the emails are supposed to be delivered OK, but this information does not look accurate. I’ve been receiving lots of “Delivery Failure” in the inbox of the STMP account I use to send the newsletter.

    Is there any way to improve the ratio of delivered mail?
    Which would be the best sending config to achieve this?
