Mail delivery not to all subscribers

  • Check the number of subscribers on your list. If they do contain 234 “subscribed” people, and when you start sending your newsletter and it says it’s sending the email to 234 and later on this number decreases to 217, then this means your email service (SparkPost) is having some problems delivering emails to these email addresses. Check the stats page for this specific newsletter and look for the “Failed” filter. Check if there are some subscribers in there marked as Failed Send.

    On sparkpost all 234 emails were sent. Only in the mailpoet shows 217 out of 217.
    Maybe should i use the cron task on the server instead of the plugin? I have from 1k to 10k visits a day.
