• This is an interim review, since i actually like the plugin – although it doesn’t appear to work.

I’ve tested it on a few different emails, and it’s only worked on one: from GMX. Mail to AIM doesn’t appear to arrive – that is, where people can confirm their subscription – and neither does mail to Yahoo.

This is a serious issue, since you have no idea of the potential subscribers you could be losing, as no email gets through to you. With some email addresses, it looks like you can subscribe, but not only not hear anything after that – making the site look bad – but the site isn’t even notified about the problem – so don’t know there is one!

I’ve contacted support, but they haven’t yet provided a response.

If this issue is quickly fixed, i’ll be happy to change my review to 5 stars, since as i said at the start i like the plugin – its look, that it stands out, is straightforward, and that the developers have made it available for free – but the way it seems to work at the moment is a potentially major problem for sites.

    Hello,

Sorry for the inconveniences caused by this.

However this seems like email service issue. If you are getting success message in widget it means that plugin has successfully sent subscriber data to email service unless there is some bug that we are not aware of. In that case, we would love to fix it, but we need your help on that as no one reported similar issue before.

With that being said, please reply on the thread in our support forum if you haven’t found the solution and we will try to find out what is wrong.

    Thank you.
