    Hi try follow step below :

    1. Check your spam folder
    2. Move message instead “spam folder” in to the inbox folder

    3. the next message will stored in your inbox.

    Hi.
    I can display this form only on top of the page.
    Even if I put the short-code somewhere in the middle the form still displays at the very top.
    Any ideas?
