Mail ending up in spam box

  • Dear,

    We use the free version of the YITH Abandoned Cart plugin. All the mails sent out end up in the spam box as they are not authenticated properly.

    How can this be solved? Is it an idea to add an SMTP function in the plugin?

    Hi @yannickclarinda,
    you could try to install an SMTP plugin and see if this fixes the issue.
    Please also check if your emails contains “ambiguous” terms that can lead a mail provider to mark your emails as SPAM

    When using a SMTP plugin it works. The email contains no ambiguous terms.
    All emails from other plugins do arrive. Just the mails sent via YITH Abandoned Cart do not.

    Is it an idea to build in the SMTP function? I saw that we are not the only one with the problem and if one needs to install a completely different plugin for this one to work is not very convenient.
