mail event notification

If I add an event I get wrong mail notification
If i add an event in the future with only starttime, I get following email notification (in dutch)
New Event: : 29 April, 2014, hele dag – Gereserveerd
So “title”is empty, and date is today instead of future date. and reserved instead of published.

I get also a 12Hr clock for adding time instead of 24Hr clock if i want to add an event. My setting in WP is 24 Hr clock. This was working good in 2.2 version.
