Mail Forwarder

Hi, really hoping someone can help me out here. I am developing a website using WordPress primarily as a CMS not a blog. What my idea is to have customer give me their requirements by way of a contact form with many options then have the form contents sent to a pre-defined list of email recipients. Is there a plugin for this or does anyone know how to do it wether it be in WordPress or using an email client?
