    The plugin gives the following error if you send the mail using DIVI, if I do a test with the Email Test the mail is sent correctly, how can I solve the problem? thank you very much

    Hi there @jelux,

    Based on the error message, it sounds like your form may be trying to send from a different email address than your SMTP provider allows. Some SMTP providers will allow you to set any email address as the From address, but the error message you’re receiving (“Sender Not Allowed”) indicates that your From address needs to be changed.

    Check your form settings to make sure you’re using the correct From address for your SMTP.com If the error continues, check with your SMTP provider so they can look into what their SMTP server is throwing this error.
