Mail From Not working

I originally had [your-name] [your-email] in the Mail From field, but now I get a syntax error. I have tried [your-name] <[your-email]> but that does not work either. I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do here. The site is hosted by bluehost and the domain is yourdnadiva.com. The help files say I’m supposed to add this to the From field. Why do I do this? Isn’t this supposed to be the email address of the person who fills out the contact form?
