Mail not sending

Plugin has been working well, but after upgrade to 3.5 and move of server to Amazon EC2 service, plugin wont send any mail. I have also installed WP SMTP Mail plugin to try and solve the issue… all other WP plugins sneding mail fine, including Invite Anyone, any ideas?
