    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to report this issue you are experiencing.

We have received a similar support on our Premium support channel and in this case it appears to be a conflict with “Tagdiv Composer” plugin.

Do you happen to be using this plugin?

We have a similar issue on one of our sites – within the last day or so, the media library will not load when we add an image or click “Select other image.” We do not have Tagdiv Composer installed.

Hello, I have the exact same problem. I deactivated some of my plugins, I tried in Firefox, Safari & Chrome, nothing changed.

    Hi There,
@guicmazeredo we don’t use this plugin and the issue is always here.

I contacted TagDiv, they checked my admin and said it is an error in the Mailpoet plugin. I cannot roll back to an older version because the older version is not compatible with the new “Mailpoet Premium” plugin of which I do not found and older version online.

Same problem on one of our clients’ sites. The media library in MailPoet is not working / leaves blank. And there is no TagDiv plugin installed.

I have rolled back to 4.30.0 and it works again.

Likewise, I have just recently encountered this issue. I do not use the TagDiv plugin. Rolling back to 4.30.0 fixed the issue (for a given value of “fixed”).

Same problem for me, it seems related to the last MailPoet update and not necessarily caused by a conflict with other plugins (we don’t have TagDiv).

First click on Select other image Media Library does not open, clicking again on Select other image Chrome console log says:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘reset’)

    in

    mailpoet/assets/dist/js/newsletter_editor.js?ver=4.31.0

    Full error log here

    WordPress version is 6.3.2
    MailPoet version is 4.31.0
    MailPoet Premium version is 4.31.0

    Hello there @rachelremaliving @mrbrown @funex @petergiesbers @cinemaelysees @antoineling @meowmeowtat ,

Our dev team are aware of the issue with the Image Block and is working to get this fixed. While we investigate this issue, in the meantime you can add your Images by adding the Image URL in the Image address field:

    Link to screenshot: https://d.pr/i/wVKy5j

    Alternatively, you can also roll back to version 4.30 of the MailPoet plugin using the WP Rollback plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/);

    or

Downloading the previous version here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailpoet/advanced/ (scroll down to ADVANCED OPTIONS section) and installing it via FTP: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp.

If you also use our Premium extension, you can download the previous version via the following link: https://release.mailpoet.com/downloads/mailpoet-premium/<API KEY HERE>/4.24.0/mailpoet-premium.zip

Please paste your MailPoet key instead of <API KEY HERE> and the desired version instead of 4.24.0.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Same problem here, with Tagdiv Newspaper theme.
Rolling back mailpoet and mailpoet-premium to 4.30.0 solves the issue.

But now, I cannot access anymore to settings :

with this kind of errors :

We just released a new version which fixes the reported bug. Thank you all for your patience.

Sorry but v4.31.1 doesn’t solve the white screen when opening media library.

Note that the premium plugin is in v4.31.0 as it is the latest available.

    Reverting (again) to 4.30

A clarification for my previous message:
I have a white screen with Firefox (I’m on the latest version : 118.0.2) but it’s OK with Chrome

    Hello!

It seems that this issue may be related to your browser, specifically Firefox, rather than a plugin problem. To address this, I recommend clearing your browser cache in Firefox and attempting the action again. It’s important to note that you mentioned it works fine in Chrome, which suggests the issue is browser-specific.
