    I am receiving an error message when I attempt to resend confirmation emails. “There was a problem with your sending method. Please check if your sending method is properly configured.” My account has been configured per your instructions. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    This error usually indicates an issue with your sending method.

    Do you see any errors in MailPoet > Help > System Status?

    Do you use MailPoet Sending Service? If yes, can you send a test newsletter, or the issue is isolated to confirmation emails?

    Same problem here. I get the error about the Cronjob. I switched to Linux Cron, but that doesn’t seem to work.
