I use the email post notifications for bi-monthly newsletters to our members. I’m currently using one of the Mail Poet templates that has an “in motion” gif of a cup of coffee and I’m wondering if I have access to the Mail Poet image library where I can select a new image. If I try to select a new image the program just defaults to my own Word Press library.

Do users have access to the template images Mail Poet uses?

    Thanks in advance
    Tim

    Hi @crazydiamond23,

That’s right. If you want to select a new image to upload to your newsletter, you need to do it from your Media Library. I’m afraid the images used for the MailPoet templates won’t be accessible to you outside of the template they are part of unless you save the image from the newsletter and upload it to your website.

If you’re looking for freely usable images from other libraries you can search for a plugin like Unsplash, for example.

    Hi there @crazydiamond23,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
