Mail Schedule Single Email To name and Email not apperaring

Thank you for this great plugin!
When scheduling single email the TO NAME and TO EMAIL fields do no appear, as they do when selecting Send Mail + Single Email.
Also is there a way that in the Schedule Email list a column be included for the email recipient?
