Mail sending failed

There is only a true or false result from wp_mail();

Would it be an option to schedule the mail to be send later on again if the first attempt failed?
Maybe you could add two parameters for this
– number of attempts to send mail
– number of hours between attempts
I find it a pity if a user hasn’t been informed about comments on his picture.

Will be investigated.

Will be implemented. The action will be included in the existing cron job wppa_cleanup that runs every hour.
I have set the max retries as configurable between 0 (feature off) and 10. If you want more, pls tell me.

I have set the retries to 3. I assume as well that 10 should be more than enough.
