Mail service not enabled – setup error

    Hi-

    I’ve setup POST SMTP on multiple sites, but I’m receiving the following error on a new set up that was previously working. I reset the connection, updated the plugin and still get this error. Using GmailAPI. Any assistance would be great.

    Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are facing. The error message shows that your Gmail API service is not enabled. Please follow this article to enable it. You can follow our documentation step by step to configure it.

    Another reason might be your email address is not a Gmail account. It is possible to be a Google Account but not a Gmail account (for example if you use the account for YouTube but have never enabled Gmail).
