Mail System Dashboard

After many years of using WordPress my biggest hurdle in setting up sites for clients and most time I spend debugging and fixing is connected to mail.

Would be nice if more time was spent making this an easier way to fix problems. I often have to install 2-3 plugins before I get any idea of what the root cause is.
I love the new site health dashboard that gives a high-level overview of the site and something like this dedicated to mail, with status , test functionality and a log would be awesome.
