Is the email really sent from the contact form? I can confirm that the contact form and the email template are corresponding with each other, but the email you said actually sent from the form seems to not correspond with either of them. When did you receive the email?

Takayuki, yes, it is the same form. It only looks slightly different currently, as I slightly modified the copy (removed “Nachrichtentext:” and made other minor changes)

The received email is obviously HTML-formatted. Why is that? It can’t be explained with the template.

Sorry, I am not sure I understand your question. Should the mail not be HTML-formatted? Do you mean that some setting elsewhere in WordPress causes this problem?

The Use HTML content type checkbox is not selected in your template, so the message should not be HTML-formatted.
