Mail Tags Showing Up In Email

Hello,

I recently wanted to set up a contact form using Contact Form 7, since this is the plugin recommended by Uncode.

When I spoke with them, Bluehost Support recommended the following Mail Tags in the Contact Form:

To: [email protected]
From: [email protected]

Subject: [your-subject]
Message Body:
From: [your-name]
[your-email]

[your-message]

The test emails deliver to my intended inbox but the email has [your-subject] as the title rather than the subject title I inputted, while the body text leads with

From: [your-name]
[your-email]

rather than the name I inputted and the email address I sent it from.

I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but does anyone know how to correct this issue?
