    Hello, when a visitor books an event, they receive an email with the subject “Booking Pending”.
    Where can I set that the admin also gets this mail?

  • Go to Events Manager Settings and then click on the Emails tab. Then click on Booking Email Templates. You can then fill out an admin email address if you want confirmation emails sent to the admin. You can also set it so that confirmation emails also get sent to the event owner.

    I set it that way but it doesn’t work.

    All other mails e.g. to confirm the booking will be sent to the admin.
    It only doesn’t work if the booking is still pending.

    I figured it out. You also need to specify the message and subject for the email to be sent to the admin when there is a pending event.

    Go to Events Manager Settings and click on the Emails tab, then click on Event Admin/Owner Emails and then under Pending booking email set the “Booking confirmed email subject” to Booking Pending and set “Booking pending email” to the following:

    A booking is pending:
    
    #_EVENTNAME - #_EVENTDATES @ #_EVENTTIMES
