    Been having this issue for awhile. After filling in a form (as a test) the responder to the user email address works fine, but the submission doesn’t arrive at its destination. Now I’m using the same company email address in the ‘To’ and the ‘From’ section of Mail 1.

    To: [email protected]
    From: [your-name] <[email protected]>

    Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?

  • Some web hosts don’t allow emails to be sent to and from the same address. Try changing the email address in the from field to a different email address on the same domain. E.g. [email protected] (some hosts will require this address to be a real live address, some may allow this to be an address that doesn’t actually exist as long as it is on the same domain).
