    Hi,

I am just migrating from another form plugin to this one for some sites. But I have a question:

I am used to filled in forms being sent to email and not stored in the database. I can find how to send an e-mail, but is it also possible to NOT store the info in the database? I would prefer not to fill up the database with this!

And a second question: there seems to be an issue with translation. On the backend of the site all the validation message are in Dutch, like they should be for this site, and on most things it will go all right. But I get ‘This field is required’ in English.

    Thanks!!

Hello @omniafausta, All the entries will be saved in the database and you can view, manage or export. The email is optional. You can enable email as you want.

    Hi Shahjahan,

Thanks for your reply, but like I said:
I found the email option. That is okay, I like the email.

BUT: I don’t want to save everything in the database….
My client will use the emails and will never visit the backend of the site.
Saving everything in the database is cluttering up the database, and will store personal contact info of her clients on an extra place, which I would prefer not to do!
But as I understand it: just sending an email and not store it is not an option?

hmmm I might have to go back to CF7 then.. which I would prefer not to actually, for other reasons…

@omniafausta, If you use the Pro version then you can enable auto delete the data instantly.

ah okay, thanks for the info. I will look into that.

Any insight in my second question?
