    Dear friends
I have a problem with Mailchimp: the API key is correct, the settings are also correct, but the pop-ups on the homepage and other pages do not send subscribers’ emails either to me, the site owner, or to the user.

Then I have a pop up that is not there on the WP tab, or I can’t find it, here it is.
I need to delete it, how can I configure the popups I already have on WP and display them on the pages I choose? https://prnt.sc/IeLsTk2tr6PT
The Mailchimp account has been active for several years and I updated the graphic layout of the site a while ago, but the domain and URL are the same: does it have anything to do with it?
    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The subscribers email is added to the Mailchimp audience. With our Premium add-on you can also set up a notification that is sent to your website admin (or any email you configure) whenever the form is submitted.

You can also set up periodic new subscriber reports in Mailchimp, but those may only work if you set double opt-in to Yes under MC4WP > Form > Settings, as without double opt-in the new subscriber is counted as “imported” instead off “subscribed”.

Note that the MC4WP plugin just makes the forms, not the popups, so you created those with another plugin. It’s using the CSS class “adp-popup” maybe that tells you what plugin you used for that?

By the way, we also offer a plugin to make popups that works very well with the MC4WP plugin, it’s called Boxzilla and you can find the free version in the WordPress plugin repository under Plugins > Add new (use the search).

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

HI. so let me understand: who registers for my pop-up, I don’t receive the registration email, only in the Premium version?
But the new subscriber is not present on my Mailchimp dashboard, can I only see new subscribers in the premium version?

    Thanks for your tim

Again let me clarify again we do not provide the popup on your site, that is another plugin.
But the form inside the popup is ours.

The form should work, and the subscriber should end up in your Mailchimp audience (and be subscribed).

What you need the premium add-on for is receiving an email notification for each subscriber.

If subscribers do not end up in the Mailchimp audience after using the MC4WP form, please go to MCc4WP > Other and set it to “log everything”. Then test the form again and let me know what shows up in the log after your test. Thanks!

    Hi… thanks for the support!
I configured MC4WP as you indicated [I attach screenshot] but it still doesn’t work: I simulated a new registration and it’s not present in my Mailchimp audience ? https://prnt.sc/5bXyA_toVeso

What do you see in the log on MC4WP > Other related to your test sign up?
Is double opt in turned on or off under MC4WP > Form > Settings?

    HI
In the settings I don’t see the item “double explicit consent”, I have activated the item “Update existing members?” Which was previously on “NO”

In the debug logs I see these messages
[2024-07-11 13:57:49] ATTENTION: form 461 > enry@ic.com is already subscribed to the selected lists [2024-07-11 17:24:45] ATTENTION: form 461 > enry@ic.com is already registered on the selected list(s)
    [2024-07-11 17:30:40] ATTENTION: form 461 > edic@gm.com is already registered on the selected list(s) [2024-07-15 19:00:12] INFORMATION: Form 461 > Registration Successfully Completed orne@gm.com [2024-07-15 19:17:12] INFO: Form 461 > Successful registration enri@li.it
    [2024-07-16 07:15:12] INFO: Form 461 > Successful registration enri@li*.it

The latest subscriptions are my simulations, but on Mailchimp all contacts have no subscriptions.
Want to take a closer look and I’ll attach the WP logins?

    Thank you

    HI .. Lap
ok everything is fine… now the subscriptions arrive in the mailchimp dashboard. Confirmations are also arriving for new members to confirm their registration
To have confirmation in the site administrator account I have to upgrade to the premium version, right?
How much is the lowest plan?
    Thank you

Great to hear it’s working properly.

The Premium add-on has an email notification and a reporting feature build in.
You can check the prices here: https://www.mc4wp.com/pricing/

    Thanks!
