    Hi guys,
    I’ve just seen that my form does not work anymore. On the backend all is fine, but when I try to subscribe an error come up. This is the log:

    [2019-02-27 09:28:27] ERROR: Form 975 > MailChimp API error: 400 Bad Request. Forgotten Email Not Subscribed. andr*********@gm***.com was permanently deleted and cannot be re-imported. The contact must re-subscribe to get back on the list.

    Had a look on this page but can’t find a fix:

    Generated a new API key but nothing happened.

    Any ideas?

    Quick update: tried with other accounts and it works.
    Could it be something related with Mailchimp lists?

    Hey Andrea,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The error you shared describes the issue. If you had deleted an email address from your MailChimp account, then you cannot add it again using any 3rd party forms. This is a restriction from MailChimp.com to protect from spam. Such an email address can only be added using the forms provided by MailChimp.com.

    I have the same problem.
    Both the emails addresses I use to run tests afe now restricted.
    But how can I test my site if I cannont do that (delete an adress from the list and then re-use it again to run a test)
    It seems such an obvious way to run tests that i guess you or Mailchimp must have found a solution to this by now…
    If not, how can we run tests ?
