Mailchimp auto subscribe on purchase

    Every time I update the plugin I get an error message saying “Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings settings.”

    When I go into my settings MailChimp and the list are still connected. I switch to another list and switch back then save and the error still shows. My API key is the same and I don’t get this issue using another plugin that connected to my mailchimp account. what’s going on?

  • I have exactly the same issue, for a while now. Have you been able to fix it? I will temporarily switch to the plugin made by Mailchimp themselves, but i’d rather see this resolved…

    Unfortunately not. It’s still happening.

    Do you know if the official MailChimp plugin can automatically subscribe new customers to a certain list? When I last checked their plugin description it didn’t show this functionality and they had mostly 1-star reviews, so I decided not to try it.

    I don’t think so, just noticed myself. I installed the Yith Woo-Mailchimp plugin instead and that works well!

    This issue/error is fixed in the latest update (2.1.11).
