Mailchimp Checkbox on FS Contact Forms?

Are the two compatible? If so, how do I set up the Mailchimp checkbox on each FS Contact Form?
And if they’re not compatible, can someone recommend one that is? I was using CF7 until it suddenly stopped allowing repeat contacts after the last update.
