Mailchimp double optin

    I have 2 questions.
    1. I disabled the option of send a welcome final email and still, when someone sign up, he is redirecting to the confirmation page.
    2. for some reason, the pop up is not shown in full. the whole button part is missing. Maybe because i resized the font and made some spaces. How can i fix this?

    1. This is a question for MailChimp. If you would like to send subscribers to a page other than the default MailChimp confirmation page, you can take a look at the Thank You page tutorial https://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/mailchimp/#thank-you

    2. Are you using HTML code in any of the PopupAlly text fields? A malformed code can cause truncation. Also, exceedingly long copy can also cause part of the popup to be hidden beneath the visible screen. If neither of these is the cause, please send us the URL for a page where the popup is enabled, and we can offer possible solutions after taking a look.
