    Hello Michaela,

The link you shared has no screenshot. Can you please also share a link where I can test the form and the pop-up?

I deleted that screenshot as well. But you can see what I mean when you go to the following page: https://www.travelintense.com/newsletter-sign-up, and sign up (don’t worry, you won’t be signed up until you confirm the link in the email address that gets send). As soon as you hit the subscribe button, a green message shows up. But not in the STB that acts as a pop up on any other page of our website. Any ideas how to fix this? For now, I simply added the comment that’s not showing up at the bottom of the pop up. I don’t like it, as you want to distract your readers as little as possible when it comes to newsletter subscription, but it’ll do until you have given me a better solution.
    Cheers

    Hello Michaela,

I’m sorry about the delay in replying to the other ticket. I tested the form on https://travelintense.com/newsletter-sign-up/ but did not see any success message in green. The form worked as I did get the “confirm newsletter subscription” email from MailChimp but I was not able to see any message in green.

Can you please share any screenshot of what exactly you see?

I think I am having a similar issue. After clicking submit, the form successfully submits to mailchimp and clears the entry for each box. However, the popup does not go away, leaving the user to believe there may have been an error.

Everything works fine except the box doesn’t auto-close after submit.

    Hey @meirxrs,

I would request you to please create a new support request in future. This ensures the original post creator does not get unnecessary notifications.

Regarding your issue, you seem to be using default MailChimp.com form. Please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are a different company and our support is limited to our plugin and form created using our plugin. Secondly, when you add 3rd party forms to the “Scroll Triggered Box”, our plugin has no way of knowing when the form is submitted so it won’t auto close.
