Mailchimp evil popup

  • My signup form for mailchimp evil popup only appears with google chrome, and does not appear in mozilla or internet explorer dispite allowing popups. I would like the signup form to appear on all browsers and would like it to appear even when the popup blocker is on sinse most people usually have it on.

    Is there a solution to this problem?
