Mailchimp for WooCommerce API Request Error

Hello @khungate, the WP CRON is active. I just tried disabling the WP CRON using the “define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);” command in the wpconfig file, and the problem is still there. Could you please provide a solution? Thanks

Hi @head84, sorry for any confusion, but you’ll need to make sure WP CRON is enabled, not disabled. If the problem persists after enabling, check out our Wiki for more troubleshooting options: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/wiki#my-store-isnt-syncing

If you’re still unable to resolve, please let us know and we’ll want to grab some log files off your install.

Hi @khungate, as I stated above the WP CRON is enabled. I also tried deactivating it, but in both cases the problem is still there.

In fact, I’m still unable to resolve. Please tell me which log files you need. Thank you.
