    After updating to 2.7 I’m getting the message below in admin:

    Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp, visit the plugin settings page and synchronize your store.

    I’ve been to the settings page, all seems OK and have re-synced as instructed.

    My log shows:

    2022-07-08T04:56:08+00:00 NOTICE action_scheduler.queue_job :: MailChimp_WooCommerce_WebHooks_Sync queued
    2022-07-08T04:56:11+00:00 ERROR webhook :: <p>url: We couldn’t verify the URL is working. Please double check and try again. HTTP Code: 403</p>

    Any suggestions please?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    im experiencing same issue after migrating to nginx + php-fpm

    also I have some custom nginx rewrite rules.

    How I can investigate the issue?

    Hello, when the error “Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp” displays, it could be related to a couple of different situations with your hosting environment.

    – Sometimes, a connection between your store and Mailchimp has gone awry. As the first step in troubleshooting, please enable ‘Remote diagnostics’ from the ‘Settings’ tab of the plugin and provide us with your URL. From there, we will attempt to restore the connection.
    – If the first troubleshooting method proves unsuccessful, your hosting provider or firewall might be blocking the “user-agent” header in the verification request to your site. You will need to ensure your server or firewall rules are not blocking this “user-agent” header with a value of “MailChimp.com WebHook Validator.”
    – If the previous two attempts to fix fail, the REST API may be failing. You can check this by appending /wp-json/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/v1 to your store’s URL after logging in as an administrator. If it is failing, you must allow anything coming through /wp-json/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/*.

    As a first step, reply with your store URL and enable remote diagnostics in the plugin by going to the Settings tab -> and checking the Remote Diagnostics box, and we’ll take a look. If that doesn’t work, we’ll want to investigate further with your hosting provider, as noted.

    I’m also getting the Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp message. Remote diagnostics are enabled.
