Mailchimp for WooCommerce vs WP WooCommerce Mailchimp

  • Hello, I noticed while composing new emails on the MailChimp (MC) platform that the eCommerce features are not working (related products, coupon codes, etc). I understand this plugin connects via API and it helps register subscribers. MC recommends using their plugin Mailchimp for WooCommerce (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/) which connects the store and provides features such as Abandoned Cart emails, access to coupons and related products while composing emails.

    Does WP WooCommerce Mailchimp provide these features? If so, how can I troubleshoot it since I cannot make them work? Thank you

    @aimfulmedia,

    Our plugin does not yet provide the integrated eCommerce features, but we are looking to add it in a future update. Our plugin can run side-by-side with Mailchimp for WooCommerce if you want to take advantage of our features.
