Not all of the form fields I have added to my sign up form in Mailchimp, are showing up in my WordPress admin for me to add to my form.
I am using the free version of the plugin, is there a limit to how many fields I can add, or is there anything else I might be doing wrong?

    thanks for any help!

There is no limit on the amount of fields. The opt-in email is sent by Mailchimp, not by our plugin.

The fields of course have to exist in Mailchimp, you should add the fields with the buttons above the form editor to make sure they have the correct naming.

Under MC4WP > Mailchimp you can click the “Renew Mailchimp Lists” button, that will also pull in any new field names.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi thanks for your reply!
That was it – I needed to click Renew Mailchimp Lists. My new fields have now appeared as buttons and I can add them to my form.
I’ve used this plugin several times before and I haven’t had this issue.
    Thank you.

New fields and list changes are synced in automatically, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours before they are synced in. Clicking the button speeds up that process.

Glad to hear it’s working now.
