    Hi there,

    Using Tidio for a week now to test out how effective chat is on our website.
    I have integrated with Mailchimp so people can subscribe to our newsletter. I have done the steps with the Audience ID and the Personal Access Token. But i do not see the people adding to my mailing list while they pressed the subscribe button for the newsletter.
    Do these update maybe once a week or something like this?

    Thank you for writing in.
    Could you please tell me if you have a double opt-in enabled and the integration was made by following this article?

    From the description it looks like either the double opt-in is not enabled (which is required for it to work) – or the customers did not confirm the subscription in the email that is sent by the double opt-in.

    I am sorry, i did not have this on. I somehow read that part as when i would make a new list i had to do this. And i thought because it was already a list that existed, i did not have to do this. I have put this confirmation on now and hopefully this will work now. Thanks for responding!
