Mailchimp Integration – Can the "Name" Field Be Included?

    Hi there,

    I have set up the Coming soon page and have integrated mailchimp & selected my list.

    Here is the coming soon page: https://www.improve21.com.au

    On my list, there is a required Name field. However, the signup form at the bottom of the page didn not include the name field. I would have thought the form on your page would be populated by the fields on the specific list chosen.

    Is there a way to add the name field?

    Hi @improve21,

    Thank you for using IgniteUp. Unfortunately we don’t have name field in any of our bundled templates. That’s totally because of the design structure with those templates.

    To fix the issue, you will have to turn off requiring the name field from your Mailchimp list or you can get one of templates here which has a name field available : https://getigniteup.com/templates/. Currently Cool template is the only option you have to face this issue.

    I’m taking this situation to our notes and we will definitely will take actions on this matter soon.

    Hi.

    I purchased the Cool template. However the video won’t work on iphone.
    I noticed a post elsewhere about this issue, about 3 months old, where you said you were working on the issue. I gather that hasn’t been fixed yet?
    I can’t use this template with video if it won’t work on devices.
    If there is a fix, can you let me know. Otherwise a refund would be in order I believe.
