    Hi,

I have two sites, both using the same versions of WordPress and Genesis. Both are using your excellent plugin to integrate with my different mailing list for each site.

I just swapped from Infusionsoft to Mailchimp seamlessly using your plugin. However, while your plugin works perfectly on one site, it does not on the other. On the problem site in question, it leads to the filled out form on the Mailchimp userform and the user has to manually press “Subscribe” to complete the action.

The ONLY difference in terms of fields between the two lists are that, in the problem site, there are three more fields which could be entered but am hiding in the user interface of your widget. Is there additional code that I need to add to the Hidden Fields to inform MailChimp that the entries are negative and that it should process the subscription request as is?

Thanks – looking forward to your help!

    Howdy,

Your Form Action setting is not quite right.

    Instead of
    https://windmillnetworking.us1.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=6cd8191e2fbac517c597fa26a&id=893a67d728

    use
    https://windmillnetworking.us1.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=6cd8191e2fbac517c597fa26a&id=893a67d728

The former is just the sign-up page provided by MailChimp, while the latter is what MC actually uses to process a form submission.

    Cheers!
