[NSFW] Mailchimp integration is not working in Survey Maker Plugin

    I have added the mailchimp user name and API key in survey maker plugin in wordpress.

    But when I fill-up a survey form then I did not get the email in mailchimp email list.

    SO what should I do for it?

    My apologies for the late reply – weekends are non-working days for us.

    We checked the case and everything worked fine on our end.
    Please head to the Surveys > particular survey > Integrations Tab and check whether you have enabled the following option or not:

    If not, please enable this option, clear the caches and check the case again.
