    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    When I visit your website, I just see a blank white page with nothing on it.

    Can you please share a link where you have placed our form? The code you shared is not from our plugin.

    Ok, the site is fixed now. But Mailchimp still saying “not connected”.
