MailChimp List Name not being seen in User Sync

    I have set up a new list in MailChimp.

    When I go to the User Sync page in WordPress I don’t see the list that I created in MailChimp in ‘Sync Users With This List’ option. I have set up the API keys etc so why can’t I see the list I created.

    Maybe try to pull the latest data from Mailchimp via Mailchimp for WP > Mailchimp page, there you will find a button to renew the mailchimp lists. Else this happens in the background approx 1x per 24 hours.

    I have renewed the MailChimp Lists in WP but the list in MailChimp is not being updated.
    I’m not getting any errors.
    For me User Sync does not work

    Are you sure we are talking about lists, not interest groups?
    Do you see the list name in the Mailchimp for WP > Mailchimp screen after clicking the Renew MailChimp lists button?
