Mailchimp Meta Sync Not Working

Hello,

I am trying to sync custom meta fields to my subscribers’ profiles. UM is pushing new members to Mailchimp and signing them up for the list I selected, but none of the meta fields are displaying.

What I’ve done:
Entered the Mailchimp API key
Enabled real time subscription status
Successfully linked the list I want with Ultimate Member (I see the green check marks)
Automatically add new users to list is on
Assigned which roles are automatically signed up for receiving mail (all of them)
Assigned Ultimate Member meta tags from the left column to the Mailchimp tags in the drop down fields on the right

I created the Mailchimp tags using the form in Mailchimp. I am seeing all the tags I created on that form, which is good.

Clicked update

When I create a new user through the UM form and update their profile, I am not seeing the Sync button on the UM dashboard for Mailchimp. Instead I see:
Connection status
Your site is successfully linked to Telemachus MailChimp account.
In queue (updated daily)
0 new subscriber(s)
0 new unsubscriber(s)
0 new profile update(s)

There should be more than “0” showing up.

Please let me know what I am missing here.
