MailChimp or SumoMe Integration / Subscribe by POST

I was wondering if there were any way to integrate S2C with MailChimp or SumoMe. I can export subscribers manually, but I was wondering if there were any way that I could take a subscriber signup and move them over to a MailChimp email list automatically.
Related, is there any way to use an HTTP POST to add a subscriber? I can take the signups from a site-wide mailing list campaign and kick them out as a POST command, but I don’t know where I would plug that in to also subscribe them via S2C.
