Basically I’ve got a code from MailChimp and I paste it into Jetpack MailChimp (popup) widget but the popup doesn’t appear
And the code looks similar to the screen shot in the support page for this widget?
When you checked your site, were you still logged into the admin account? Or did you check the site while logged out/incognito?
On the MailChimp side I’ve got this message that the site is not connected with MailChimp. It used to work before and there was no error message.
Whether or not your site is connected with Mailchimp shouldn’t matter for this particular form. However, if you’re unable to connect with Mailchimp it’s likely due to the XML-RPC errors we’re also seeing for your site in the Jetpack debugger. The Jetpack connection is not broken, but some of our calls to your server are timing out, and it’s possible the Mailchimp connection is running into the same issue.
I can revert it back to MailChimp popup for you to see if there’s a problem on the Jetpack side. It just looks like we have a time difference. So I can do it in the evening my time so you could take a look when it’s morning in your timezone.
Please add the Mailchimp widget again, yes, and remove the Hello Bar one.
We’re multiple people who help in this forum, and we work at different times during the day across different timezones, so it’s a bit tricky to co-ordinate a specific time so we can test this in real time ??
