Mailchimp pop-up on mobile devices

  • Hi – some issues with getting things the same on mobile as desktop – I have a pop-up that ppaears to be working on my Front Page, that appears to be working when previewed as mobile, but which doesn’t appear when incognito on my tablet or phone. I’m a bit baffled, can anyone help?

  • Hi there,

    I don’t see any pop-up in the desktop version of your front page either. Did you add the pop-up by adding code in a widget? Make sure you’ve added it to one of the footer widgets, not the sidebar – this theme does not load the sidebar on the front page, so if the pop-up code is embedded in the sidebar, it will also not load on the front page.

    Otherwise, please contact support at MailChimp, or for the specific plugin you’re using to add that pop-up instead.

    Unrelated, but in future if you need help with a site containing adult content, please just note that when including a link in your post so it doesn’t catch others unawares ??
