Mailchimp Popup Display Options

    I would like to display a Popup Builder Mailchimp optin popup afer a particular scroll percentage, or after a particular time delay. If the user clicks outside the popup, or scrolls with the popup being displayed, I would like to hide the popup until the user refreshes the page or returns to the page from elsewhere. Also, I would like to prevent the popup from being displayed if the user is already subscribed to my Mailchimp mailing list. Is it possible to do all these things in Popup Builder?
