Mailchimp popup removal

Ok i have searched my entire mailchimp account for the ‘evil popup’ checkbox which is described in other posts on here, and I for the life of me can not find it.
It is causing an issue that I have with Sumome which I want to use as my list addition popup.
I have followed this post to a T and yet I can still not find this check box

can anyone give me a hand? because as a free user of mailchimp, I have no support
