Mailchimp RSS stop working

Hello Wally,

Our plugin does not interfere with the RSS field.

RSS to Email campaign is the only option that works with MailChimp.com to send posts as email, but it requires RSS feed.

When you said our plugin worked and then not, can you please be more specific as to what feature did not work?

Thanks for reply, when few time stop and work I just deleted the campaign and started new campaign it work for few days then will stop, but now for last two weeks totally stop, here what happening:
when I go to create new Campaigns > RSS campaign > RSS Feed URL > https://www.gagrule.net/feed > I get error (https://www.gagrule.net/feed is not a valid RSS feed.)
so I tried every day same error. yet when I was using feed-burner for 7 years not a single day I had this error.

I love Mailchimp but I am stack my subscribers are not getting emails very frustrating, I hope you guys can help I am happy to pay for support.

First of all please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are an independent company that provided a plugin to allow subscription to your MailChimp.com Lists from your WordPress website. So the best place to ask support to any MailChimp.com related issue would be their support.

Secondly based on what you described, if there is an issue with your RSS feel, then MailChimp.com would not be able to get the new post data and hence it would not be able to send any emails.
