    How would you pull that data from MailChimp?

    Pulling subscription data from MC is a pretty niche case, which is why there aren’t many (any?) plugins for that.

    Yes, setting those via JS/jQuery would be the only way to integrate with the current version of the plugin.

    FYI- Being able to pre-fill fields (via query string or filter) is on the wishlist.
