Mailchimp Settings tab not showing

Hi,
According to “Step 2 (Go to Settings Interface)” in the documentation. There should be a Mailchimp tab in the simple membership plugin space to add the API key.
However, it is not showing up for me.
Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I just completed a test in my dev site and had no issue. My dev site is running the latest WordPress version, the latest Simple Membership plugin version and Simple Membership Mailchimp Integration Addon version 1.9.4.
There might be a conflict with one of your plugins and or your theme. Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
