MailChimp Sync Webhook 404 Error: Listener not Listening

Updated all WordPress MailChimp for WordPress widgets
After logging into MailChimp, attempted two-way sync with MailChimp list according to https://mc4wp.com/kb/configure-webhook-for-2-way-synchronizing/
Attempt failed with a 404 error
Tried the webhook url generated by the User Sync plugin (noticeably distinct from instructions above). Also failed with 404 error.
Tried it as both secure and standard urls, and with and without query string keys.
All failed with a 404 error.
For whatever reason, the listener isn’t present at the following locations:
